that you use the Advanced Search and use Boolean search strategies.
Ask Jeeves for Kids

This search utility has 13 metasearch engines and search engines. It

Power Search
If you don't know how to do Boolean searches yet, use the Excite
Power Search. It will walk you through the process without needing
to know any specific commands or other tricks. It is very straight
forward.
Goggle!
This is a new search engine from Stanford. Give it a whirl! Many are
really enjoying it.
InfoSeek or
InfoSeek Advanced Search
The InfoSeek Advanced Search is also has a very simplified way of
doing powerful Boolean searches without needing to know all the
commands.

This is a metasearch utility that uses seven (7) search engines.
It sorts and priortizes the results based on how close the hits
match your search query. This is where I begin my searches.
