PAULARED  A tart apple with light to creamy flesh.  This apple works well for eating, in pies and sauces.
GALA  A sweet crisp apple that makes excellent low sugar sauce and pies. Many people refer to this apple as, "the best apple they ever ate."

McIntosh this white fleshed apple with it’s tart flavor has been a long time favorite.
HONEYCRISP Is a crisp, sweet and juicy apple that does well in pies and is excellent fresh.  This large 3" apple is one of the few apples that are so juicy you  may need to wipe you chin.

RED DELICIOUS This is the deep red apple we all grew up on.  Try one right off the tree for an extra special treat.

GOLDEN DELICIOUS This is a firm crisp apple with a great aroma. It works well as a dessert apple or in cooking.

JONAGOLD Is one of the highest quality apples available. The fruit is large, firm, sweet-tart and juicy.  It's been a favorite in Europe for years.
MELROSE The official apple of Ohio is similar to a Jonathan only sweeter.  The slices hold together in pies and it keeps well too.
SUNCRISP Sweet golden delicious type apple is good for eating or cooking and is a good keeper.
